Attorney Christina L. MontgomeryAttorney Montgomery started her own practice in 2008 in order to offer clients personalized service and client-focused solutions.  She is committed to helping her clients navigate the confusing landscape of the legal process with compassion and dedication. Prior to starting her own firm, Attorney Montgomery practiced at a boutique employment law firm in Boston. While a law student at Northeastern School of Law in Boston, she held legal internships at the Massachusetts Superior Court with the Honorable Patrick J. King; the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston; litigation firm Breakstone, White and Gluck, PC; and EMC Corporation.

In addition to serving her clients, Attorney Montgomery is dedicated to serving the legal profession. She is an active member of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (MELA) where she was recently elected President, after completing two years (each) as Vice President and Treasurer; the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) where she served as an Annual Convention Committee member in 2013, and as co-chair of the committee for 2014; the Massachusetts Bar Association, where she is a past member of the Labor and Employment Section Council and served as co-chair of  the 2011 Labor and Employment Annual Conference; and the Women’s Bar Association.

Attorney Montgomery has a B.A. in Social Thought and Political Economy and M.A. in Applied Sociology, both from the University of Massachusetts. She is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the Federal District of Massachusetts, and was chosen as a  Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in employment law in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
